Your business will be listed in the on-line business directory on the Chamber’s web site,  with almost 140,000 unique visitors in 2017, our web site is capable of member-to-member discounts, listing employment opportunities with your business or organization, and posting “hot deals”.  In addition, you will have the capability to insert your own explanation of what your business specializes in, directions to your facility, and links to your own web site and e-mail addresses.

Quarterly Publication - the Action Report Magazine

Mailed to 1,400 business professionals, the Action Report provides you with a professional and economical advertising venue. Use of Chamber Meeting Room Facilities

The Greater Yakima Chamber of Commerce offers free quarterly use of our meeting space as a member benefit. For usage beyond that and outside of operating hours please refer to our facilities use rental agreement. Facilites Use Rental Agreement

Referral Service

Your business will be referred over non-members when the Chamber receives inquires for referrals – MEMBERS ALWAYS HAVE FIRST PRIORITY!

Relocation Packages

Your business is invited to provide promotional material in relocation packages.  These packages are mailed throughout the Unites States to persons interested in relocating to our community.

Government Affairs Committee

Comprised of President/CEO, and Chamber members, this team meets monthly discussing regulations directly effecting Washington businesses with the goal of working with city, county, and state officials to make operating your business in Washington State less cumbersome.

Business After Hours

Business After Hours (BAH) are a great way to network with community members.   There’s no better place to make business contacts or to catch up with your friends, clients and customers than a Business After Hours networking event. Monthly Membership and Community Luncheons

These monthly lunches are designed for fun, networking, and education.  Membership and Community Luncheons are generally presented on the second Monday of each month, and announced via Chamber email newsletters and on our homepage here at

Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening

Annual Chamber and Ted Robertson Community Service Awards Banquet

  • Ted Robertson Community Service Tribute commemorates a person who has shown continuous volunteer service to the Yakima Community. Each year the past Chamber board chairs present this prestigious award.
  • Annual awards event that showcases Yakima area businesses in the following categories - Chamber Volunteer of the Year, Non-profit of the Year, Emerging Business of the Year, Member of the Year, & Business of the Year.
