Born in the Yakima Valley and raised in Naches where I graduated Naches Valley High School class of 2013. I went on to Washington State University and graduated with the class of 2015. Following this I enlisted in the Washington Army National Guard and spent 10 years serving as a commissioned Field Artillery Officer. Concurrently, I pursued my law enforcement career working at the Yakima County Jail and then the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office. I have been exceptionally fortunate to have a career filled with opportunity and have held assignments as a patrol Deputy, Detective, Sergeant, and currently as a Lieutenant overseeing patrol operations, community engagement, and collaborations with both private and public organizations in the Lower Valley of Yakima County.
Outside of my career, my wife of 9 years and I are raising three amazing children in my hometown. I enjoy coaching youth sports and outdoor recreation such as golf, softball, and camping. I greatly appreciated and enjoyed my experience in the 2025-2026 Leadership Yakima Class and look forward to continuing my involvement with the organization.
