Through collaborative efforts, the Chamber established the Central Washington Business Resource Center. This full-service business resource facility offers amenities, programs, and meetings and conference rooms, and it serves as the business location for the following organizations:

The CWHCC promotes Hispanic businesses and other professionals throughout Yakima Valley and Central Washington who support cultural events that contribute to the appreciation of our diversity. The CWHCC members represent diversified backgrounds, demographics, professions and businesses. They take great pride in the organization for being a venue for Hispanic and other entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals throughout the Yakima Valley and Central Washington.
Safe Yakima Valley — safeyakimavalley.com
SYV recruits and focuses on efforts of individuals, civic clubs, private and public agencies, schools, faith-based organizations and government entities to make our region safe for everyone. This organization accomplished successful collaborative efforts contributing to the reduction of crime rates as well as the availability of over 100 summer jobs for youth each year. Small Business Development Center (SBDC) — wsbdc.org
The SBDC services include consultations regarding business-plan development, financing and other management issues. SBDC certified business advisers have management-consulting experience and have access to extensive resources to assist small-business owners and address any specific business problem.

Choose Yakima Valley, Yakima County Development Association (YCDA) — chooseyakimavalley.com
The nonprofit development association works to attract and grow businesses in the Yakima Valley. YCDA provides confidential help to companies trying to locate, expand or keep their doors open in Yakima County. The development association works with government agencies, Chambers of Commerce, colleges and universities and other partners to support business and community development projects benefiting the regional economy.
Rural Community Development Resources — Business Resources & Training Center — rcdr.biz
Experienced professionals provide entrepreneurs with one-on-one business coaching, business-plan development and workshops on financial literacy, financial management and how to obtain licenses and certifications needed to do business with local, state and federal governments. Direct lending is available for businesses that do not qualify for bank financing: $2,000 to $50,000 for startup micro-enterprises, and up to $150,000 for business expansion that will create jobs.

S.C.O.R.E. counselors provide assistance with questions regarding business plans, financing options, marketing strategies, product development and employer/employee relations. All of these services are offered at no fee. S.C.O.R.E. counselors are volunteers who have had successful business careers as company executives or business owners.
